We deliver your order by DHL from an order value over 300 euros within Germany to you free of charge. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number that will allow you to track your order online.

Insurance of your goods

Your order is insured during transportation until the time of delivery by Rita Lagune. With the written confirmation of receipt, the liability for the purchased items passes to you. Exchanges & returns

Return of your order

If you are not satisfied with your ordered items, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of receiving your order. Arrange a free pick-up of your package or send it insured via DHL. Please use our return form and contact us for the processing beforehand by e-mail at contact@rita-lagune.de. Many Thanks.

- Use the DHL Link in the e-mail with the information for your return. The 10-digit tracking number "WAYBILL XX XXXX XXXX" can be found under the barcode of your return label. Enter them, check your details and then select a pickup date.

- Within Germany dial 01806 345 3003 or visit dhl.com and select your country to find the correct phone number. Please make sure you indicate our order number. These can be found in the e-mail with the information about your return.

If you have already returned items, you may have noticed that the RMA number is no longer needed to make the process easier for you.

To ensure that your return is free, we ask you to return the items from the country to which the order was delivered. Returns from another country may incur additional costs and delays due to customs clearance.

We ask you to choose our delivery service for the return, so that it is insured. You can return items through other companies, but we can not take responsibility for the return in this case. Refunds

Your refund will be in the form of the original payment method or as an online balance on your Rita Lagune account.

If your order has been sent to a location within the EU, all taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, on the other hand, there are customs fees that Rita Lagune can not refund. However, in most cases these can be obtained from your local customs office. As this does not apply to all countries, we recommend that you engage a customs agent for cross-border returns.

Please note that the duration of a refund depends on the processing time of your payment service provider and may take up to ten working days from receipt of the goods at our premises.
